Returns Policy

Regular orders can be returned within 7 days of receipt in their original packaging and must be in an unused condition accompanied with proof of purchase (paypal receipt). Please notify Deevys by using our contact form to receive full return details. Returns will not be considered if sent after the returns deadline, with no proof of purchase, used, opened or damaged etc. If so, item(s) will be returned at the expense of the Consumer.
The client is responsible for returning the item(s) pre-paid and insured. Refunds issued will not include original shipping and insurance charges if they apply.
We reserve the right to not accept a return and may require a re-stocking or repair fee if the item has been at all damaged, used or opened.
While our policies are firm for obvious reasons, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience with us is positive.

Established in 1935 by Clement Joseph Deevy (C.J. Deevy) and succeeded by Alan Deevy. Developed into Motor accessories in 1964 then also Marine chandlery in 1996. Mark & Colm Deevy have been running the business since the mid 1990's expanding and developing the business. Our key focuses have been consumer satisfaction and expert advice.
